What to include

• Your Jira site URL and the project you generated the update for.
• The audience template used (Executive, Client, Eng manager, Product).
• What you expected and what happened instead; a screenshot if visual.

Common questions

Is my data sent to an external AI?No. The narrative is written by Atlassian’s native, platform-hosted AI — your data stays within Atlassian, with no external provider or API key.

How is the health (RAG) status decided? By transparent rules (overdue count, high-priority items), with a one-line rationale. You can override it manually before sharing.

Does it change my Jira? No. It only reads work items to generate the update; it never modifies Jira.
